Edgewood Consulting Group

Terms for using this site

Terms of use for this website, published by Edgewood Consulting Group. In force from September 10, 2026.

What do these terms cover?

They set the conditions for reading and using these pages, which Edgewood Consulting Group publishes. Continuing past this notice counts as acceptance. A reader who declines them should close the page.

What is this site for?

To explain who Edgewood is and what the firm does. None of it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and reading it creates no contract. Edgewood takes on work only under an agreement that both parties have signed. Where that signed agreement and anything on these pages disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Why might I receive email from you?

Edgewood writes, at work, to people whose jobs touch the subjects it consults on. A reply asking for silence ends the correspondence. The privacy page sets out what happens to the details involved.

Are the examples on the site real results?

They are not. Every dashboard, chart, figure or illustration on these pages, and in any sample they point to, is invented to show the shape of our work. Nothing of that kind describes a client outcome or predicts what a future engagement will deliver.

How may I use the site?

As an ordinary reader, within the law. Interfering with the pages or the servers behind them, trying to reach anything not openly published, testing for weaknesses, or collecting content with scripts, crawlers or scrapers, is not allowed.

Who owns the content?

Edgewood Consulting Group, or the licensors who have granted it permission, own the words, layout, graphics, logo and marks here. Reading these pages on screen, and printing a copy to keep for your company's own reference, is permitted. Anything beyond that needs Edgewood's permission in writing. Ownership of material produced for a client is fixed by the signed contract covering that engagement, not by this page.

What about links and outside services?

The two outbound links on this site lead to edgewoodcg.com and to its contact page, and the typeface is fetched from a font service run by another company. Each of those parties sets its own conditions and handles visitor data in its own way. Edgewood answers for none of them.

Do you give any warranty?

None. You take these pages exactly as they are, that is "as is", and only when they happen to be reachable, that is "as available". So far as the law permits, Edgewood makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, suitability for a given use, or non-infringement. Nothing here amounts to professional, engineering, legal or financial advice, and it should not be relied on as such.

What is the limit of your liability?

Where the law allows it, Edgewood accepts no responsibility for consequential damages, nor for indirect ones, nor for damages of an incidental, punitive or special kind, nor for profits, revenue, data or opportunities lost through visiting these pages or being unable to. Whatever the claim, Edgewood's total exposure in connection with these pages is capped at one hundred US dollars.

What if my use of the site causes a claim?

If misusing these pages, or breaking these conditions, brings a claim, loss or cost upon Edgewood Consulting Group, including reasonable attorneys' fees, you undertake to make Edgewood whole and hold it harmless.

Which law applies, and how are disputes handled?

The law of the State of New Jersey governs these conditions, and its rules on choice of law are disregarded. Disagreements arising from these conditions or from these pages go to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, seated in Morris County, New Jersey, unless a statute forbids arbitrating that particular dispute.

Anything else I should know?

How do I contact you about these terms?

By letter to Edgewood Consulting Group, 1719 State Route 10, Suite 226, Parsippany, NJ 07054, or through the form on edgewoodcg.com.
